<p class="wp-block-paragraph">第一次吃到英式司康（Scone），是在加拿大一個香港移民開的小咖啡廳。這種英國傳統的點心簡單易做，通常花個半小時的完成，連我們家三隻小狗都愛吃，常常看到我要做就興奮到唧唧叫。這次用 Panasonic NN-BS603 蒸烘烤微波爐多功能烤箱製作，下面的食材分量可做六個。</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">司康食譜（六顆份量）</h2>

<li>奶油 50 克</li>



<li>砂糖 25 克</li>



<li>泡打粉 10 克</li>



<li>雞蛋 一個</li>



<li>牛奶 70 克</li>

<li>有些司康食譜會要你放冰箱休息30分鐘，但我從來都沒冰過直接下一步。</li>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">結論</h2>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">自己在家做，有時候不在於省錢而是知道自己吃進肚子裡的是什麼東西，你大概不太可能問清楚店家的食材調味料是那裡來的才吃吧。而我和老婆大人發現，自己煮吃的確實在排便和體重上都有好處。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">我們在家裡煮飯，通常不做過度烹調和調味，寧可買少量好一點的食材，用簡單的烹調來享用食材原味，真的要吃繁複重口味的功夫菜，偶爾去餐廳打個牙祭就好，反而愉快又健康。</p>
